This review is from: Blackberry HS-500 Bluetooth Headset (Wireless Phone Accessory) I acquired this unit to pair with my blackberry Bold. It is able to work with voice dialing but sometimes it has a delay connect to this feature. Also it has some minor flaws as I cannot finish calls to some phones (do not know why) by pressing the button on the unit. In order to finish some calls I need to press the red button on the blackberry. I did not like the fact that the mini-usb used to recharge the unit is different than the Blackberry. It does not make sense to me to have different connectors (maybe newer blackberry units have the same...I do not know). It came with quick setup and usb cable charger. One think it didn't come is the ac adapter charger. I had to buy the ac adapter charger separately. What good about this headset is you can control the volume and incoming call from your phone. This is better than my motorola HS850. The battery life on the blackberry HS-500 is has more talk hour than the motorola HS850 and the blackberry HS-500 is smaller size. It also come different size ear piece.
